Here's a card I have made with an image from KennyK. The name of the image is Cozy Cocoa and it's from the Holidays Collection.

A new challenge is started today. The theme is "Anything goes with the optional twist Shaker Card or Ornament" I have made a tealight card where the image itself is an ornament :)
